Get yourself out in a beautiful space where you can get your bare feet on the ground. Breathe in the pulse of the Earth.
- MEDITATE- As a practicing yogi for 20+ years my personal practice for immunity means re-aligning my nervous system everyday with intentional breath, intentional movement, and intentional thoughts. If you are new to yoga or meditation there is alot online during these times!
- HUG YOUR ANIMAL Studies show its VERY UNLIKELY our pets will contract Coronavirus. How lucky are we to have animal we can hug and kiss who are free of the fear and panic and exudes unconditional love?
- REACH OUT So many people are alone without anyone in times like these- digitally reach out to someone you don't know- a neighbor or just wave to a stranger!
